Year 6 pupils have been acting out the Good Samaritan, one of Jesus' parables.  Have a look at some more on this link and write about one of them, in your own words.

Y6 New Testament

Another week walking through the New Testament has seen a fantastic, if not hairy, John the Baptist (Reece 6KG) and a few stories of Jesus being tempted by Satan and calming the storm.  Have a look at how the Brick Testament have told these stories and let me know what you have learnt.

Walk Thru the Bible

Until the end of the year Chris Reddecliff will be taking Year 6 pupils for their RE lessons (Mrs Bushell will be putting her feet up!).  They will be 'walking through the New Testament' which builds on their work in Year 5 when they learnt about the Old Testament through role play.  And as a special treat Year 6 pupils will be set homework each week(!)  This week it is to have a look at the blog and leave me a comment.  Tell me what you thought about your 'walk thru' lesson.
